Kannur is about 70kms from chennai and 20kms from Sriperambadur, a small town famous for the Rajiv Gandhi Memorial and its scenic beauty. It was a perfect sunny sunday to begin, the village kids were amazing, they were so excited to see the camera that when i took their pictures and called them to see the preview, they ran towards me and pushed me so much that for one moment i thought that we were playing rugby(american football) and i am the person who is having the ball.

The kids followed us as we were walking through the fields and looked at us as if we have come some other planet, there was small pond in the fields- i think it is used to water the crops, we caught some fishes too which were in the pond....actually not us but the village kids. One of my friend Arun was waiting for half hour to catch the fish but ended up loosing the worm in the fish stick.

At the end of the day we had a great time that we will never forget, thanx to Arun (the hairy guy with blue shirt and shades) who was the host for the trip to his village :-)
